Preferred footwear with Ginnifer Goodwin Roksanda Ilincic dress?

Ginnifer Goodwin arrived in Comic Con 2011 wearing the neon yellow Roksanda Ilincic Resort 2011 dress with a pair of black Ballet flats.

By the time you took to the red carpet for the table style "once" was swapped out of the comfortable apartments for a pair of nude pointy pumps.

I'm not like the nude pumps at all. They change the whole look and feel, so they don't work for me.

I prefer these compartments will complement the belt, but I like to wear heels for the table type.
