Plick is a new type of building block

by Mark R - on July 14, 2011

It is of the Plick, and they are a building that are quite electronic block toy. Similar to the Lego Mindstorms NXT, Plick allows the user to build mechanical toys as a functional robot.

You can watch a video after the jump, and you can see that it has these things connector elastic feed the motors and sensors. Elastic slots act as rubberbands, so you can attach to all sorts of things.

For example, Plick bricks (lack of a better term) include a motor which rotates like a propeller, a LED, a sound sensor lighting, distance sensor, and much more, I am sure. These different bricks can be linked together to create all kinds of gear. It is a great way to teach how electronic devices.

I don't know how much it is difficult to learn this particular toy, but it certainly beats Lego, because it can operate with more than his own brand of brick. After all, the video shows that the Plick can be attached to wooden toys of brothel of shit!

So far, there is no word on when the Plink will be available on the market. In view of the competition of building block, I hope that this has a price lower.
