Maria Sharapova continues for Alexander McQueen on the red carpet.

It reached a 2011 ESPY Awards last night wearing a modified dress from the collection of Pre-Mcqueen Fall 2011.

The leash with feathered dress Navy accents and gold embroidery detail was cooperating with an Alexander McQueen clutch, and the most impressive pair of Mcqueen heels.

While Mary is not selling the dress à la Blake lively or Anna Paquin, these shoes more than to react.
